Northern Economics conducted studies to examine the market demand, feasibility, and economic impacts of the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center on the Anchorage Economy. The studies examined current usage of the Egan Center, national market demand for convention space, potential fiscal impacts, financing arrangements and risk sharing, and economic benefits of the proposed facility.
