Northern Economics conducted a market analysis and feasibility study for development of a scoria and cement products plant on St. Paul Island as a way to reduce imports, provide a local source of concrete products, and benefit the local economy. The project included a summary of current market conditions, a cash-flow analysis, and writing a business plan for the proposed operation.
