Fiscal Analysis of multiple annexation alternative for the City of Soldotna, AK

Northern Economics, in association with subcontractor Agnew::Beck, assisted the city with its planning by providing an analysis of the fiscal effects of annexing selected areas adjacent to the current city boundaries. The study included working with the city to identify potential annexation areas, comparing those areas against Local Boundary Commission standards, analyzing the fiscal effects of annexation by potential annexation area, and communicating the results of the project to the City of Soldotna and its citizens.
