Golden Tilefish Program Review

Northern Economics completed the review of the golden tilefish IFQ program for the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council pursuant to the requirements to periodically review limited access privilege programs under the Magnuson-Stevens Act. Northern Economics reviewed the economic, social, biological, and administrative impacts of the program since the last review in 2017 and in cases where new or novel analyses were added, over the entire history of the program.
