Northern Economics assisted the Haines Borough with documentation to support applications for grant funding for its Lutak Dock. Our work consisted of conducting benefit-cost analyses for RAISE and PIDP grants for 2021 and a job creation analysis to support a future application to the US Economic Development Administration for grant funds. The benefit-cost analyses were provided to a third-party engineering company, who prepared the grant application packet for the RAISE and PIDP grants.
