Financial Projections to Support Ski Area Expansion Project

Northern Economics conducted a market analysis and developed comprehensive financial projections to support the ski area’s expansion plans. We assessed market trends, population growth projections, and the competitive landscape of the ski industry. We created a 5-year plan that accounted for expected revenue increases from implementing mid-mountain access and formulated a funding strategy to meet needs.
Phase 1b Economic Analysis Update
Northern Economics provided an extensive update to the business plan it prepared for the Skeetawk Ski Area, including the addition of a summer market and more detailed financial analysis. The ski area owner, Hatcher Pass Xperience, is using the updated study as it works with funders to carry out its mid-mountain expansion plan.
